With over a decade of experience in digital customer work, Kristy now leads digital customer experience and search optimization at F5 Networks, Inc. Bringing the two practices together alongside analytics, personalization, and testing enables a customer first approach to their strategic digital work. Prior to F5, Kristy was a Manager in the Customer Experience practice within PricewaterhouseCoopers where she worked with household brands enabling and operationalizing customer obsession and digital excellence. Kristy lives in Seattle with her kittens and family. If she’s not at the Seahawks game you’ll find her chasing kettlebells around the gym or a cup of coffee around the office.
